Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 25% of the scheduled cost.
No shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Calls and messaging hours are strictly during business hours. While you are more than welcome to send us over a vague text saying, "how much is this' along with a photo of white hair at 2 am on Sunday, we will not respond until 9 am monday.
